E.O.T.C T1

For E.O.T.C this term we walked down te mata peak, went on the woka,went to Cape kidnappers and went to wimaruma and learned about water safety

Swimming

For P.E in term 1 we have being working on our swimming skills. I’m in the seals group. My learning goals are: Treading water for two minutes but I need to keep myself from going under the water, Do a standing dive and not go too deep under the water, Swim one length of breaststroke, swim a three length medley. I am improving on my breaststroke and I need to practice on my backstroke and kick harder and stay up. My freestyle is good but I need to remember to kick. I need to learn to do a good tumble turn (time the role better)
